This jacket is inspired by the one that log splitter wore in the Appalachian Mountains and in Canada over the last centuries. These days, most of such jackets come with synthetic fabrics. We use sheep pelt inside with a woolen fabric outside - custom made for your specifications.
Jörg and Flo lead the curent development. Specializing in century-proven cuts, Flo Gacon crafts heavy-duty, durable jackets used by working outdoorsmen for generations. Flo swares by Pfaff machines for the leather hides and pelts. Using your specifications we will tailor custom made for you.
This jacket requires special care for cleaning, machine wash is not advised; dry cleaning only by leather/ fur specialists. We offer repair service.
