Book ends, set of two

Raw folded triangles out of steel that can be used as book ends. Jörg developed these pieces are forged of 1/4" thick mild carbon steel, the edges are cut rough with a blow torch, gently grinded, wire-brushed and waxed - in Pittsburgh. Two pieces are presented as a set that match and fit next to each other, substantially and rugged. The torch natural pitting caused by weathering and the cut edges define its rugged appeal. The edges show the forces that acted upon the material during crafting.
