At ECHT, rubber therapy balls did not suffice in quelling our daily loads. So, we turned to what we know, iron.

Our iron knots add a mathematical component to a conversation piece on your desk. They lie good in your hands, their smooth surfaces calm you down and ease nervous tension when handling them. To us they have a tranquilizing and relaxing effect through their three-dimensionally shape and texture, but they also represent an intellectual challenge.

Consider them a heavy conversation piece. Use them as a hand charmer. Think about them – we forge steel to the shape of knots that are the mathematically described. Check for the mathematical science of knots … it is amazing what can be described around the pieces.

Substantial iron heated to a cherry red glow in our forge, hammered into shape. Solid mild carbon steel, forged, welded, grinded, power wire-brushed and laquer coated to obtain this "gun-metal" shine. Each hand-crafted piece requires many hours of forging and metal work – and it shows. Check out the marks of the heavy force that is required to make them.
